The Commercial Banking business caters to customers of Bharat, and plays a pivotal role in meeting substantial portion of the priority sector lending obligations of Bank. It offers a range of products for agriculture (Agri) and Tractor Finance, purchase and operations of commercial vehicles and construction equipment, rural housing finance and gold loans. Further, Agri Business Group (ABG), a division within the business, caters specifically to the needs of customers in Agriculture related activities like cultivation, manufacturing, processing and trading segment catering to financials needs of individuals and small & medium enterprises in this segment. Economic environment of urban, semi-urban and rural areas and weather conditions of India influences the business’ operations and performance.’ 

Job Role : 

• Leadership skills to manage and guide the team of credit monitoring executives of West Zone (comprising all Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP and Chhattisgarh States) to ensure completion of monitoring activities with accuracy and in timely manner
• Preparation and release of portfolio quality reports for business with various parameters like Churning Report, SMA classification Report, Limits Expired Report etc.
• Identification and reporting of Early Warning Signal (EWS) accounts based on stress indicators in portfolio like DP trend, sales trend, stock and book debts audit observations
• Conducting Zonal EWS meetings in co-ordination with business and credit teams with follow up on critical EWS accounts to avoid slippage into NPA due to any operational lapses, keeping close watch on EWS accounts particularly further stress indications to ensure that timely actions are undertaken
• Any other specific tasks related to credit monitoring of portfolio

Job Requirements: 

• 5-8 years’ experience in Credit or Credit Monitoring.
• Ability to multi task, develop rapport with different functionaries like Relationship Managers, Operations, Internal Audit and Credit team.
• Ensuring proper TAT & delivery of all the reports through teams.
• Ensure timely query resolutions.
• Ability to identify opportunities of improvement in process and suggest changes to solve issues
