Job Summary:

As part of the School of Veterinary Medicine’s Advancement Team, the Creative & Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing both print and digital materials that highlight the impact of the school and its teaching hospital and engage a variety of audiences, including clients and donors, and will help lead related marketing efforts.

Responsibilities: Manages, plans, and executes the production of creative content to support the strategic objectives of the unit or institution. Provides subject matter expertise and may supervise staff.
  • 5% Develops, implements, and maintains design standards, policies, and procedures to ensure appropriate use of financial, administrative, and staffing resources
  • 60% Creates, designs, and produces content through various mediums
  • 10% Works collaboratively with other creative professionals, engages in and responds to creative feedback, manages project workflow and timing, maintains files, and follows established work unit processes
  • 5% May monitor the unit budget and financial records
  • 20% Oversees creative development and project management processes for marketing activities, including audience segmentation, integrating tactics, and measuring results

Experience with marketing-related projects

Salary:

Minimum $63,800 ANNUAL (12 months)
Depending on Qualifications
The base minimum salary for this position is $63,800 with opportunity for negotiation based on a candidate’s qualifications for the position. Actual pay will depend on experience and qualifications.
