– Motivate the sales team, establish individual and team goals and objectives
– Identify staffing needs
– Recruit the right team membersMarketing, sales and customer service
– Develop and execute marketing and sales activities
– Grow the sales in the Austrian market
– Be flexible in the ever changing environment
– Build up new connections and maintain existing relations with schools and universities
– Be always available to support clients before, during and after their travel
– Ensure a great quality of customer experienceAbout youYou are the type of person who owns your ideas and runs with them. When things are stuck, you find creative ways around any obstacles. – University Degree
– Some years of work experience
– Team leadership ability
– A highly energetic and ambitious self-starter attitude
– Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– People-oriented focus
– Fluency in written and spoken EnglishWhat we offer:
