Overview
Research Services at Edith Cowan University has recently expanded to provide outstanding support to the University’s growing research priorities.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our Graduate Research Services Team, to support the Manager, Graduate Research Services in the coordination of a range of projects and events to support HDR (Higher Degrees by Research) programs at ECU. The successful person will use their analytical skills to investigate and analyse issues relating to research and use that information to help inform the development of a range of relevant and contemporary support and procedures to assist HDR students and supervisors. Project work will also be very important in this role and the successful person will be responsible for planning and delivering on projects that will contribute to the Graduate Research Services’ objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills, experience and capabilities:
Previous experience in the Higher Education sector, particularly with respect to postgraduate research students, whilst not essential, will be well regarded.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Courage and Personal Excellence.
Benefits & Remuneration
This 0.6 FTE ongoing position attracts a remuneration of $85,551 – $92,301pa (paid on a pro-rata basis) including 17% University superannuation contribution.
