  • Salary Range $91,560 to $100,136 p.a. plus 17% superannuation and leave loading (Total Remuneration $108,353 to $118,502 p.a. including superannuation and leave loading)

An exciting leadership opportunity has become available in the Course Advice team. In this role you will coordinate services to assist students at the University with the provision of professional course advice. You will oversee a team of Course Advisers in the delivery of holistic advice to students to proactively support their learning journey and to assist in achieving positive graduate outcomes.

           

You will have an extensive background in customer service and customer support, with the ability to lead a team, supervise, develop and nurture individual talent to achieve qualitative and positive outcomes in a multi campus environment.

Position Requirements

 

  • Outstanding written, oral and online communication skills.
  • High level interpersonal skills and an ability to create equitable and satisfactory student outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain networks of key stakeholders at all levels and negotiate as required to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and evaluate of a range of course advice and careers and employment programs and initiatives to support diverse communities.
  • Knowledge in the use of large corporate information systems, web browsers, email software, the Microsoft suite of programs, customer relationship systems and quality standards and processes.
  • A degree with at least four years subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in an administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. (Desirable)
  • You will be expected to hold vaccinations in relation to the COVID-19 immunisation should your CQUniversity role require you to attend any setting / venue / event where there is a specific entry requirement for you to hold these vaccinations, as per relevant State Government directives.
