Your Role:

As a trainer in our Education and Training department, you will:

  • Lead and Inspire: Conduct training sessions for customers and prospective customers, both online and in-person.
  • Craft Impactful Content: Assist in developing and presenting educational materials, including presentations, handouts, and other educational supports.
  • Engage with the Community: Represent Starkey at local, provincial, and national meetings, conventions, and seminars.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service teams to create and disseminate product knowledge.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Participate in clinical activities to remain current in clinical skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist is required.
  • Experience: Background in hearing aid dispensing or experience in a hearing aid manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Language: Fluent in Canadian French.
  • This role requires ability to travel 75% of the time.
  • Location: Preference for an individual in Ontario or Quebec in proximity to a major airport

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledgeable in Adult Learning methods and philosophies
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
  • Computer literacy and technical acumen.
