Temple University’s Facilities department is searching for a Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Administrator.

A dedicated Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator will provide data development and long-term data management. The Administrator will develop metrics and KPI management, build and distribute reports, provide new hires training, and conduct ongoing advance system training. The Administrator will also consistently upgrade the CMMS, ensuring the latest features and releases are applied to expand CMMS usage. The CMMS Administrator will be a system advocate, ensuring that key decision-makers know about the important features that the CMMS offers or questions it could answer. The Administrator will help define and enforce detailed workflow and business processes so that all relevant employees will know how and why to use the CMMS. The CMMS Administrator will monitor data quality to ensure consistency, integrity, and standardization. The CMMS Administrator will provide system oversight and support to e-Builder, the University’s approved project management system. The Administrator will make sure that the CMMS and e-Builder align with larger University goals and strategies.

Required Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field and a minimum of ten years of directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Experienced in purchasing processes, accounts payable, budget and financial management, capital project management, on-hand inventory management, regulatory compliance, and predictive and preventive maintenance

· Knowledgeable in business process mapping, data analysis, and workflow processing

· Must possess strong IT procurement skills

· Experience in managing capital projects utilizing e-Builder

· Must possess system implementation and integration skills

· Working knowledge of all Microsoft applications

· Knowledgeable of various administrative and business functions of Facilities Management

· Ability to deal comfortably with high-level management

· Must possess strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills

· Possess multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

· Solid verbal and written communication skills
