Salary: Grade 7 (£35,333 – £42,155 p.a. depending upon experience)

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you a natural communicator who is comfortable driving others to produce time sensitive outputs? Can you interpret large amounts of data and determine an action plan to achieve defined objectives?

In this role you will be setting the standard for Estates and Facilities compliance, in conjunction with the wider team you’ll draft, publish and maintain the policy. You’ll work directly alongside the delivery teams to review and test performance, driving improvements by identifying opportunities for efficiency and different ways of working. Supporting a wide range of colleagues, you’ll publish dashboards and reports that will be used to provide assurance and to manage contractual requirements.

This role works with a wide range of colleagues including Facilities Managers, Maintenance Managers, Health & Safety Managers and the senior Estates & Facilities team.
