Job description
Duties & Responsibilites:
- Performance Management: Support the annual bonus process, including calculations and communications in the HR system. Ensure timely and accurate bonus payments.
- Annual Compensation Cycle: Setup and support of the annual compensation process in the HR system.
- Compensation Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation levels and ensure competitive pay structures.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of local employee benefits programs.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of global HR policies and guidelines.
- Employee Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and administer our global HR System (SuccessFactors) and analyze compensation data to support decision-making and reporting.
- Payroll: Oversee the monthly payroll for the headquarters to ensure accuracy and compliance. Serve as the spokesperson for payroll-related inquiries and issues.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international company.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Fluency in Business English (written & verbal)
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Orientation to details.
