Role purpose: Build strong partnerships and help schools and school systems implement IB programmes well, so that IB grows sustainably and partners receive consistent, high-quality support. The role supports partnerships, portfolio health and growth through engagement, coordination and insight.

Manage and grow relationships and engagement within the assigned portfolio of schools.

Ensure schools receive coordinated, practical support to implement IB programmes successfully in their context.

Improve understanding and recognition of IB programmes and services with relevant stakeholders.

Use data and feedback to identify risks, opportunities and priorities across the portfolio.

Share insights from assigned portfolio with IB teams to improve services, processes and the school experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, International Relations, Public Policy, Business or similar).
• Master’s degree preferred.

Work experience

• Significant experience in education partnerships, programme development, account management or stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with public, private and/or international education systems.
• IB Educator Network experience or other IB‑related roles desirable.

Skills

• Fluency in English; relevant local language skills desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with confidence engaging mid‑ to senior‑level decision‑makers.
• Analytical and reporting skills to inform planning and decision‑making.
• Organisational and project management capability with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with professional maturity and diplomacy.
• Ability to work autonomously within governance frameworks and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office tools; Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.
