We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. As a Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing internal and external communications, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring the consistent delivery of messages that align with our company’s goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about communication and eager to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking company.Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop, edit, and proofread marketing materials, presentations, and other communication content.
  • Assist in the creation of press releases, newsletters, and company announcements.
  • Maintain and update the company website and internal communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Respond to inquiries and ensure effective communication between teams and clients.
  • Track and report on the performance of communications strategies and recommend improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in communications or marketing is a plus.
