Your mission

• Lead the commercial excellence initiatives supporting our business targets and commercial priorities
• Enhance and implement IKA tender process & tools to increase efficiency and accuracy in tenders in collaboration with the regions
• Drive profitability management, and the standardization of pricing and costing tools with the regional pricing managers
• Create monitoring tools for IKA contracts implementation, focusing on volume/price/margin developments during the contract execution
• Establish relevant and simple reporting tools for sales and IKA management
• Support the IKA managers in international tenders, and contract execution

Your profile

• Min 3 years’ experience in sales and/or finance controlling in international environment
• Experience in commercial excellence, pricing and margin management as well as experience in calculation and tender management
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, analysis tools, and ERP systems. Knowledge in CRM is an advantage
• Confident handling of key figures and the ability of good analysis and interpretation
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in project management
• Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, business mathematics, business administration, finance or a comparable qualification
• Fluent in English, additional language skills in German, Polish, Turkish are advantages
• A team player with positive, energetic and agile personality
• Good communication, presentation skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to work unsupervised, self-motivated and self-driven with result-oriented mind-set
• Pronounced problem-solving skills and a high degree of initiative

Our offer

• Start: immediate start possible
• Location: Group office Vienna, Marxergasse 4a, 1030 Vienna
• Duration: unlimited contract
• Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
• We offer a compensation package starting at € 50,000.00 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
