Objective

As part of the programme with Mexican partners, students studying the natural sciences and engineering spend one year in Germany (one semester at a German university followed by an industrial internship of 4 to 6 months). The aim of this cooperation is to offer Mexican engineering students the opportunity to broaden both their academic and personal horizons with a one-year study and work visit to Germany.

Who can apply?

Advanced students of the natural sciences and engineering and economics and administrative sciences

What can be funded?

One semester at a German university followed by a four to six-month industrial internship

Duration of the funding

12 to 13 months

Value

• Mexican partners: monthly partial scholarship payments
• DAAD: language course, monthly partial scholarship payments, accident, personal liability and health insurance, start-up allowance, if applicable, travel expenses
