Colorectal Nurse Specialist

Clinically, the successful applicant will support the MDT to deliver high quality, holistic care for all patients with proven and suspected colorectal cancer, from diagnosis to discharge. We would also expect a strong integration of skills across the subspecialties that make up the team. 

We are looking for an individual, who will intrinsically live the organizational values and will foster a culture of learning, development and excellence in nursing care delivery for patients with HPB conditions and deliver stratified approaches to care for patients with Colorectal Cancers. 

We want to find a well motivate nurse to support become part of an experienced and highly respected team, ensure excellence in person-centred care and support the expert specialty teams to deliver the quality of service which we all strive to achieve in all we do. 

 This is an exciting and innovative role which will offer the post holder the opportunity for both personal and professional development and involvement in a number of projects which are shaping models of specialist service delivery for the future.
