Are you passionate about delivering collections that reflect customer needs with both print and digital resources? Do you have great data analysis skills and a real understanding of the complexities of Library electronic and print collections? Are you self-driven and able to lead your own work? Do you have a proven ability to work with others effectively to achieve outcomes?

Located at Massey University Library’s Manawatū campus, the Collection Services Librarian will assist and support the Collection Manager in the operation of the Collection Services Section, and the maintenance and development of the Library collection and high-quality bibliographic databases. You will be the CAUL Content Coordinator for Massey and there will be a particular focus on the evaluation, acquisition, and administration of electronic resources.

You will also assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of collections-related assessment data to inform decision-making and ensure collection development and management activities are evidence-based and user-centered. You will use your data analysis and organisation skills to contribute to projects related to the Library’s programme of reviewing physical collections.
