Position Summary:

Provides direct and indirect patient care within scope of practice under the direction of the RN/LPN.

Reports to: RN-Nurse Manager–Medical

Minimum Qualifications:

Licenses:

Current Kentucky CNA certification with current listing on the Kentucky Board of Nursing Nurse Aide Registry.

Certifications:

Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date.

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
