Posting Summary	The Rutgers University School of Nursing-Camden has an RN-BS, a traditional, and a second degree baccalaureate nursing program as well as a DNP nurse practitioner program with multiple tracks (AGNP and FNP), and a planned interdisciplinary PhD program with emphases in translational science for population health. The SNC invites applications for a clinical Teaching Professor position. Successful candidates for this faculty position will have excellent communication and teaching skills, a successful teaching history, a record of scholarly publications, and a program of research. The responsibilities incumbent in the positions will include: teaching across programs, active scholarship and service to the School and the Community. Clinical experience in community with a strong focus on population health: pediatrics and adult health.
COVID-19 Immunization Requirement	Rutgers University requires all new employees to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated and have received a booster (where eligible) against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the employee a medical or religious exemption. Employees who are not eligible for a booster at the time of an offer of employment provide proof they have received a booster upon eligibility and upload proof of same. Minimum Education and Experience	A clinical doctorate in nursing or a related field (DNP, PhD or EdD required) A graduate degree (doctoral and/or master’s) in nursing Recognized scholarly experience as evidenced by academic accomplishments, publications, and service commensurate with the rank of appointment Teaching experience/expertise A demonstrated understanding of and commitment to diversity The ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences
Certifications/Licenses	Licensure or eligibility for Registered Nurse licensure in the state of New Jersey

Statement	Rutgers School of Nursing–Camden is an important leader in nursing education, research, and engaged civic learning in community service within southern New Jersey, the Delaware Valley, and beyond. We became the fourth designated school at Rutgers University–Camden in 2011, but our tradition of excellence in nursing education extends to 1972 when the Rutgers University–Camden Department of Nursing was first established. Offered in both online and on-campus formats, the WOCNEP recruits students from across the nation. Our MSN in School Health is the first School Nurse Certificate Program based upon the National Association of School Nurses’ (NASN) Framework for the 21st Century School Nursing Practice™.
