Clinical Skills Technician (Simulation)

We are expanding our Nursing academic provision within our new School of Nursing and Allied Health; this is an exciting opportunity to help grow and shape the future of our Nursing and Allied Health workforce in West Sussex.

We are looking for a part time Clinical Skills Technician to assist with the provision of technical support for a range of teaching, research and entrepreneurial activities. This role will include supporting the teaching of simulated learning activity within the school of Nursing and Allied Health. Applicants will need excellent customer service skills to provide general technical support to students and staff. 

This role will require you to engage as part of the team at the School to embed and develop the skills/simulation/virtual reality provision within a stimulating, experiential and safe learning environment. Applicants must possess excellent digital literacy knowledge and be willing to develop experience of providing technical support both for the hardware and software associated with simulated based education.

This post will involve heavy lifting that includes moving equipment.
