RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC
The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. Position summary

Under the supervision of Dr. Lucy Gilbert, the clinical research coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful conduct of oncology clinical research studies at the Women’s Health Research Unit.
General Duties
• Search and identify eligible candidates
• Review medical charts and pathology reports for potential patients to evaluate their eligibility for different protocols
• Coordinate study visits as required by protocol
• Ensure the collection of data as per ICH/GCP in a timely manner
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical data management
• Enter study data in various eCRF databases as required by the Sponsors
• Assist in the resolution of queries generated by the Sponsors
• Identify and correct source data errors using appropriate ALCOA and GCP methods
• Facilitate coordination of site visits for initiation, monitoring, close out and audits/inspections with Sponsor personnel.
• Aid in the processing and shipment of pathology and blood samples
• Aid in the maintenance of the Investigator Study File (ISF)

Education / Experience

• Bilingual: English and French spoken and written
One (1) year of experience in Clinical Research
• Basic computer skills are necessary
• Independent, flexible, organized and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work and communicate with a dynamic team
• Prior experience entering data is an asset
• Previous oncology experience is an asset

Additional information

Status: Temporary, Full-time, 1 year contract with the possibility of renewal
Pay Scale: Commensurate with education and experience
Work Shift: from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays to Fridays
Work Site: Glen Site, Cedars Cancer Centre
