TELUS Health is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the strategic development and implementation of education initiatives focusing on clinical excellence and innovation for clinicians and team members throughout the organization.

What you’ll do

• You will support the development of education initiatives across the organization, with a focus on clinical excellence and innovation for our thousands of clinician contractors and employees
• You will support the delivery of education programming based on information you gather and synthesize from frontline clinicians, internal clinical quality analyses, patient feedback, and organizational priorities across our MyCare, TELUS Health Virtual Care, and TELUS Health Care Center services
• You will work collaboratively with clinical and operational stakeholders to identify and prioritize key opportunities
• You will oversee the planning, accreditation, and delivery of education initiatives across physician, NP, RN, and allied health teams
• You will support the sourcing of external educators and educational programming as needed
• You will enhance, evolve, and refine education strategies over time based on your analysis of prior successes and opportunities

Qualifications

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Clinical Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare education, program management, or clinical excellence, with a focus on designing and implementing educational initiatives
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational evaluation
• Knowledge of accreditation processes and standards in healthcare education
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and external partners
