Eastern Passage Village Veterinary Clinic welcomes a dependable and caring Client Service Representative to join our team full-time! This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in an important support role for the entire hospital.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Excellent customer service skills; a real aptitude for putting pets and pet parents at ease

• Compassion and nurturing attitude

• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and adapt to changing situations

• Capable of taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively

Some of the skills and responsibilities include:

• Good Attention to detail, organization and computer literacy

• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our pet parents

• Creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our patients

• General housekeeping duties; cleanliness of reception area, pet holding areas, and common areas

• Willingness to learn more regarding; veterinary services, updated medical office procedures, and assisting the Veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments

• A Veterinary Assistant (VA) or Veterinary Office Assistant (VOA) program certificate is an asset but is not required
