In this high impact role, you will work closely with Sportradar’s Growth & Innovation team to understand the market and needs of all relevant stakeholders. You will also cooperate with all commercial and product units of Sportradar, take the vision of senior management, add your expertise and know-how and translate that into concrete projects.The Global Commercial & Market Intelligence team collects information of our business environment such as customer, competitors and markets in the respective territories. Based on this information the team provides analysis to support dedicated strategic as well as commercial decisions, sales activities and new business development.THE CHALLENGE:
- Be innovative in your way of thinking and technically savvy
- Be effective at cross-team collaboration, building consensus, and communicating a vision
- Be comfortable working with complex data challenges at scale, diverse products, and a global footprint in a fast-paced environment
- Gather information about competitors, customers, and partners concerning financials figures, pricing, product features, technologies and projects
- Identify general industry trends & market developments
- Monitor the regulatory and legal frameworks
- Analyze and provide regional input to the global content and multi-platform strategy
- Develop a regional Pricing and Packaging strategy
- Identify capability gaps and product improvements as well as new markets and innovations
- Provide regional input for our Product Roadmap and a go-to-market strategy
- Identify potential M&A targets and support due diligence
QualificationsYOUR PROFILE:
- Demonstrable experience in business analysis and/or market intelligence & research/consumer insights, preferably within betting & gaming, internet businesses, banking & finance and/or other high transactional environments
- Excellent understanding of geographical markets, client behaviour and using data to identify trends
- Experienced in both primary and secondary research is an asset.
- A very structured way of working with an attention to detail and an urge of ownership
- Strong track record of analyzing product and market environments
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), any other European language will be considered a plus
- Resourceful, problem-solving attitude
- Analytical minded, accurate & proactive
- Relevant academic qualifications
