Do you have excellent customer services skills?  Are you looking to develop your skills working in a friendly team?

We are looking to appoint two Clerical Assistants on fixed term contracts to work on our residence receptions within the University’s Student Accommodation Service. The role is primarily a front facing customer service role to support the student & customer experience.   Duties will include handling routine enquiries in person and by telephone from students, staff and visitors, general administrative duties and the opportunity to contribute to a series of projects within the department.

No experience of working with an education setting is required, full training will be given.

You will need to be able to prioritise your own workload, as well as being able to use your own initiative and be flexible to handle the competing priorities of the day to day job. Alternate Saturday working will be required as part of a roster system, a day off in the week will be given when working Saturdays.
