Claims Manager

As clinical claims manager you will need to demonstrate an understanding of the legal process as the management of claims in a timely and efficient way as this is paramount to manage the total cost of claim. You will also be expected to link with our patient safety and health & safety partners sharing learning and outcomes.   You will be responsible for the management of a defined caseload of clinical negligence claims ethically and cost effectively on behalf of the Trust.  As a member of the claims team, you will be responsible for the clinical claims and have a proven track record of excellent customer service.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 You will have proven experience in managing your own caseload and prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.  You will have excellent communication skills in order to deliver an efficient service, linking both internally and externally with staff at all levels and numerous outside agencies.
