  • Conduct trial installations of child seats in vehicles, ensuring compliance with standard procedures, and accurately document the results
  • Maintain and update compatibility lists of vehicles suitable for child seat installation on a regular basis
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data within internal databases, keeping all information up to date
  • Research and analyze global automotive trends and statistics, focusing on vehicle availability in key markets
  • Plan, organize, and support the testing of car seat prototypes in collaboration with the R&D team
  • Contribute to quality assurance activities, including process improvements and adherence to FMEA protocols
  • Address customer inquiries related to product compatibility, providing clear and professional responses
  • Support IT teams in developing and optimizing internal databases to improve functionality and efficiency
  • Assist the marketing team with publishing updated compatibility lists on the company website
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with car retailers to facilitate real-world testing and data collection
  • Conduct warehouse activities as needed to support product testing and evaluation
  • Deliver responsive and professional customer support through various communication channels
  • Develop and customize test equipment to meet required standards and specifications
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support company operations and achieve organizational goals

Profile of qualification:

  • Completed school degree and apprenticeship, preferably in a technical field
  • A minimum of 3 years of technical work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong affinity for automobiles, including hands-on experience with child seat installations, and a valid driver’s license
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing and maintaining databases
  • Capable of safely lifting and carrying child car seats and related equipment as needed, including during warehouse preparation and testing activities
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities, particularly with car retailers and external partners
  • Effective collaboration skills for engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in German and a good command of English
