Chief Technical Officer

We are seeking a Chief Technical Officer to join our team in the Department of Chemistry at Maynooth University (https://www.maynoothuniversity.ie/chemistry). The role involves ensuring the department is compliant with the health and safety regulations associated with carrying out undergraduate teaching and research. The role will be student facing and will also involve preparing and managing undergraduate practical programmes and providing technical support in departmental research, core facilities, workshop, stores and outreach activities.  

Salary

Chief Technical Officer (2022):                           €64,804 – €73,221 p.a. (6 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
