CHEF MANAGER (QUADRAM INSTITUTE)

£23,715 to £27,131 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable person as the Chef Manager in a 168-seater staff and public café/restaurant in the Quadrum Institute building, Norwich Research Park. 

The Chef Manager will be required to supervise catering personnel in the preparation and service of all food and drink for the café/restaurant, including some events and hospitality. You will ensure the prompt and efficient operation of all services and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment that meets high standards.

You will be required to work any five days from seven and across the working day covering early mornings and evenings on a roster basis, with no split shifts. You will also benefit from having Christmas Day and Boxing Day off.
