We are seeking an experienced CLNC® Consultant with a comprehensive knowledge base of skilled nursing facilities, to join our medical-legal consulting team as a remote employee. The CLNC® Consultant who joins our team will hold high standards that are exemplified in the first-class work product that is created. Responsibilities: The CLNC® Consultant will be responsible for: • Review and analysis of clinical records and billing /insurance-related documents • Conduct medical research • Clear and concise written standard-of-care analysis reports within budgeted hours • Meeting all deadlines • Review and analyze opposing counsel demand letters and/or mediation briefs, as well as any other duties as directed by management from time to time • Review and analyze state/federal licensing and certification records. Knowledge of this is a plus Qualifications: The CLNC® Consultant must: • Have 5 or more years of active CLNC® consulting experience • Hold and provide proof of a current CLNC® designation (Certified Legal Nurse Consultant) • Have 10 or more years of recent clinical experience as a registered nurse in long-term care. Recent experience working in skilled nursing facilities is required • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word 365 Suite, Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, and/or Kofax PDF • Demonstrate excellent grammar and writing skills and have experience writing comprehensive medical-legal analysis reports • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, highly organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to work proactively in collaboration with other team members • Exhibit passionate enthusiasm while actively listening and receiving constructive criticism and compliments • Hold a current, valid, and clear registered nurse license in the state in which he/she resides and must provide proof of the right to work in the USA About Company: For over 25 years, our highly motivated, experienced, and professional team has assisted attorneys to develop powerful strategies and yield successful outcomes.
