 The Center Administrator will provide administrative support for members in the Center for Pharmacogenetics and the School of Pharmacy. Duties for the Center include purchasing research supplies for laboratories, the director and administrative support to the Center faculty that includes: scheduling seminars, meetings, and travel arrangements, developing itineraries, processing disbursements & travel reimbursements and maintaining Center web site. Educational support responsibilities include coordination and capture of educational video, dissemination of video materials, establishment of processes related to videotaping educational materials. This individual must have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with help desk issues. 
Must have Bachelor’s degree or three years secretarial/administrative support experience.
