<職務内容/Main Tasks> 世界中で進む顧客体験 (Customer Experience:CE)のデジタル化を推進し、日産のCEをGlobalに向上・発展させていく活動の一環として主に下記の内容の業務を行ないます。 1. デジタル領域に関する新規ビジネスモデルの検討。 2. 部門の中期計画達成に必要なリソースを分析し、マーケティング費用、一般管理費用等の年度予算の策定を行なう。 3. 各種プロジェクトの企画内容を予算面、契約面からアセスメントし、プロジェクト実施に必要な予算を確保する。 4. サプライヤとの契約管理および必要な各種届出を行う。 5. 請求、支払い業務に関するオペレーションの管理・推進を行う。 As part of our efforts to promote the digitalization of Customer Experience (CE) globally and enhance Nissan’s CE, we will primarily be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Study new business models in the digital field. 2. /Analyzing the resources required to achieve departmental mid-term plans and formulating annual budgets for marketing expenses, general administration expenses, etc. 3. Assessing the content of various projects in terms of budget and contracts, and securing the necessary budget for project implementation. 4. Managing contracts with suppliers and handling necessary notifications. 5. We stay updated with the latest CE trends worldwide and work to add value to the customer experience while expanding our knowledge. Working closely with the CE team in London, as well as the Global Marketing, Global After Sales, and various regional functions, we work very closely to perform our duties. The position involves leading the realization of the department’s mid-term goals in terms of business models, resources, and operations. Our services are not only provided in Europe and the Americas but also extend to the Middle East and ASEAN, allowing for the development of an international mindset through business interactions with diverse cultural backgrounds. <登録資格( 経験/資格など )/Skills and Experience Required> ■MUST ・ DXによるCustomer Experienceの向上に興味がある。 ・ エクセル、パワーポイントを使用した資料作成能力 ・ Londonおよび本社内の同僚とのコミュニケーションが頻繁にあるため、日英でのReading /Writing /Listening /Speakingが問題なくできること。 ・ 部署横断的な業務に関するプロジェクトマネージメントの能力 ・ ビジネス部門における、経理・会計に関する経験、知識。 ・ Global企業での業務経験(多数の海外拠点を持ち、日常的に英語で業務を遂行する企業等)。 To be qualified for this position, you should have the following skills and experiences: ・Interest in improving Customer Experience through Digital Transformation (DX). ・Proficiency in creating documents using Excel and PowerPoint. ・Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese (Reading/Writing/Listening/Speaking) as there will be frequent communication with colleagues in London and the Global headquarters. ・Project management skills for cross-functional tasks. ・Experience and knowledge in accounting and finance within a business department. ・Previous work experience in a global company (e.g. A company with multiple overseas locations and conducting business in English on a daily basis etc.) 自動車業界経験:不要/Experience of the car industry :Not Required ■TOEIC:800 (must) / 860 (want) ■WANT ・英文契約書の読解能力 ・CE業界経験 ・海外駐在経験 In addition to the previously mentioned qualifications, the following skills and experiences are also desirable: ・Ability to comprehend English contract documents. ・Experience in the Customer Experience (CE) industry. ・International assignment experience. 自動車業界経験:不要/Experience of the car industry :Not Required ■TOEIC:800 (must) / 860 (want) <求める人物像/Please describe successful candidate image (Personality)> ・ 協働で業務を推進する姿勢 ・ 前向きな学びの姿勢と新しい挑戦を厭わない姿勢 ・ ダイバシティ―を尊重し、文化の壁を越えて働く事を厭わない姿勢 ・フットワークが軽く、自ら進んでうごける人材。 We are also looking for candidates who possess the following attitudes and qualities: ・Collaborative mindset to drive tasks forward in cooperation with others. ・Positive attitude towards continuous learning and embracing new challenges. ・Willingness to work across cultural barriers and respect diversity. ・Proactive and adaptable individuals who can take initiative and work independently. ・年収レンジ:月次給( 参考値 ) 475,000円~630,000円 ※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします 想定年収( 参考値 ) 約880万円~1170万円 ・固定残業30H/月含む ・インセンティブ(目安値)を含む ・インセンティブは業績等を勘案し、その都度決定します
