Join team CSIRO as our Business and Infrastructure Services (CBIS) Co-ordinator – Stores, you will be responsible for managing the Scientific Stores and inward and outward Goods at the Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness (ACDP). 

This is a varied position which encompasses a range of support activities including receipt and dispatch services, inventory control, simple procurement, internal logistics, dangerous goods handling/dispatch and other agreed services to meet CSIRO operational requirements. No one day will be the same in this position as you will also be providing support to the General Services team through the management of facilities soft services and administrative functions in support of the broader CBIS ACDP team including Contractor Management and Procurement. Along with managing the stores team in where you will be joining a collaborative and inclusive team dynamic. 

Your ability to engage and speak to all levels of audience will be second nature as you’ll need to be adept at handling multiple stakeholders internal and external, ensuring effective clear communication and high customer service levels are maintained at all times.
