We have state of the art facilities and a fantastic team who are looking for a Catering Floor Manager to come and develop the services we have further.

About the role

As a hands-on Catering Floor Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the high-quality catering service offered at CUP&A, supporting, and contributing to continuous improvements to the department and providing excellent customer service and customer journey to staff and visitors.

The day-to-day of your role will ensuring our presentation and services uphold our high standards and our events run smoothly, but there will be much more going on behind the scenes. You will manage the systems we use, and support the catering colleagues with development, but also assist with the recruitment of new team members. Assisting all our business units with their internal appointments, but also liaising with external executives to successfully organise events.

About you

Ideally you will have a Level 3 qualification within Supervision and Food Hygiene, or be willing to undertake this within your first few months in-role (fully paid for, of course). It is incredibly advantageous if you are qualified within Allergen Awareness and have some experience within a supervisory/management role within a catering or hospitality environment.
