Casual Kitchenhand

• You will be required to be available to work between 7am-11pm, including some weekends and public holidays.

• Have some experience with food preparation and food service.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen to our sanitation standards.

• Washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, sweeping, scrubbing and mopping of the floor.

• Putting away dishes, pots and pans and ensure that all the dishes are adequately sanitized.

• Removal of hard rubbish and the removal of kitchen food waste into our closed loop compost machine.

• Putting away pantry supplies and organising pantry shelves.

• Assist in food preparation.

• Effectively manage your work as directed by the chefs, to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the expected standards.

• Any other duties as directed from the Chefs.
