Cash and Markets Assistant Palestine Jersusalem

NRC Palestine has a high ambition level in promoting ethical, effective, efficient, and large-scale market-based programming, either separately (through a ‘basic needs’ approach, e.g. multipurpose cash) or as a modality to achieve sectoral outcomes (e.g. market-based approaches for Shelter and or Livelihoods programming). Building upon its extensive experience with cash-based interventions in Palestine, the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is providing large scale MPCA to Palestinians through a cash plus approach. NRC has been providing cash assistance in Palestine since 2014.

The role of the C&M Assistant requires the provision of timely, accurate and detailed support to the C&M Programme and Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) teams responding both to Gaza and West Bank operations. This position involves active communication with various internal and external stakeholders, managing interactions and ensuring effective communication across the program and MEL teams. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have a proactive approach to support the C&M programming.
