As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best – providing quality care to our patients.The Case Manager RN coordinates the overall interdisciplinary plan of care for a patient, from admission to discharge. Coordinating services through an interdisciplinary process which provides a clinical and psychosocial approach through the continuum of care.
