Position Details | The Caretaking Department requires the services of a Full-time Caretaker II to start work in November 2023. Reporting to the Manager, Caretaking Services, this position is responsible for janitorial work. Janitorial work includes but not limited to:
This position will assist with the completion of minor maintenance projects, operating cleaning equipment (i.e. lifts, polishers, auto-scrubbers, burnishers, back vacuum, and other cleaning equipment). |
Position Qualifications | The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 12 months of related work experience. In addition, the candidate will possess a valid class 5 driver’s license and be able to show an acceptable driving record. Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) | $3,089.00 – $3,381.50 monthly |
Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) | $3,089.00 – $3,674.00 monthly (AUPE – Grade 3) |
