Position Summary:
Reporting to the Assistant Dean, Administration and Strategy, the Manager of the Career Development Office (CDO) provides leadership to the CDO team, and is responsible for developing, administering, planning and implementing a current, high-quality range of services, information resources, programs and skills development training tailored to the needs of undergraduate and graduate law students and recent graduates of the Faculty of Law.

Experience: Three (3) years’ related experience
Other Qualifying Skills and/or abilities
Legal and career development experience preferred. Knowledge of organized recruitment processes across Canada. Experience in event planning and conducting and organizing workshops and career fairs. Demonstrated time management skills. Knowledge of changing employment situation for law graduate and trends in the job market. Presentation, public relations, marketing, public speaking and interviewing skills. Demonstrated ability to manage finances and raise funds for self-financing unit. Ability to interact at all levels with tact and diplomacy. English and French, spoken and written
