Your opportunity:
The Office of Learner Affairs (OLA) is dedicated to working with and supporting healthprofessions learners from the Temerty Faculty of Medicine’s undergraduate medical education (MD and MD/PhD), Postgraduate Medical Education, Medical Radiation Sciences, Physician Assistant, and Occupational Therapy programs to optimize the learningenvironment and experience at individual and systems levels, and enable learners’ development into and as health care professionals. OLA is committed to equity and inclusion and strives to promote resilience, wellness, personal growth and social responsibility among our learners.
As a Career Counsellor, you will provide individual and group career counselling services to Undergraduate and Graduate medical trainees across the St. George and Mississauga campuses, who are diverse in age, culture, race, gender, sexual identity, and educational background. You will develop career resources and establish collaborative networks with University of Toronto and external career development/counselling agencies in order to help ensure that our learners are well positioned and prepared for progression through the continuum of medical education and into medical practice.

USW Pay Band 14 — $88,290 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $112,911. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
