Role Overview

The Campaign Manager (CM) acts as the general project manager for campaigns, ensuring the overall health of 360-degree campaigns, including timeline management and budget oversight. Working alongside the Brand Manager, the CM plans the campaign cadence and owns the creative strategy, adapting global marketing assets to meet local market needs.

The CM manages the campaign timeline, collaborating with Brand Managers, Social Media Managers, Media Managers, and agencies to track milestones and ensure delivery according to campaign objectives. They oversee the adaptation of global audiovisual, digital, and static creative assets for the local market. As the main point of contact with external partners and agencies, the CM ensures deadlines are met. They are responsible for identifying campaign risks, maintaining strong and frequent communication with partners across teams and offices, providing innovative solutions to timeline challenges, and escalating issues to leadership as needed. Ultimately, the CM provides the structure, discipline, and momentum to deliver campaigns on target.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all operational aspects of a campaign, including workflow, timelines, and asset management.

  • Create schedules, assess resources, estimate time, and track project completion requirements.

  • Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems.

  • Communicate progress updates, relevant delays or issues, and budget implications to stakeholders.

  • Work collaboratively and proactively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets per the marketing plan.

  • Work closely with creative agencies to adapt assets for the local market.
