Salary: $18.86 per hour / $37,297.65 annually

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in BOTH English and Spanish
• In office position – must commute to 3050 S. M L King Jr Way, Tucson, AZ 85713
• Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
