Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay Range: $17.50 – $21.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in selling or donating vehicles. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer phone calls related to the sale or donation of vehicles.
  • Place outbound customer calls in response to inquiries received via phone, email, facsimile, or electronic facsimile.
  • Gather necessary information to create quotes or complete vehicle purchase orders for sales or donations, following documented scripts and procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests for information via phone and email, including store information (hours, operations, sales, etc.).
  • Provide pricing information on specific vehicle parts and local store vehicle inventory details.
  • Collaborate with store personnel to schedule vehicle pick-ups and assist in resolving customer requests, complaints, or concerns.
  • Adhere to departmental standards of performance and company policies.
  • Work effectively with other contact center agents, team leaders, supervisors, and managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of recent call center experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance record and strong work ethic.
  • Proficient computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, Sunday through Saturday, between 5:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
  • Will be subject to required pre-employment background and testing.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for up to 90% of the time.
  • Manual dexterity to handle items with hands and arms.
  • Ability to talk, hear, and have peripheral and depth perception vision.
  • Light to moderate physical activity involving non-strenuous, repetitive daily tasks.
