Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.

Expected salary

$17.45 – 25 per hour
