Call Center Lead

These include waste-to-energy facilities, transfer stations, ash monofills, landfills, and fleets of rail cars and collection vehicles. We process more than 11 million tons of waste annually, converting 6.7 million tons of waste into clean, renewable energy that powers 340,000 homes. We recycle more than 234,000 tons of plastic, paper, and metals from the waste stream.

We currently have an opening for an Call Center Lead at our corporate office in Portsmouth, NH.

The Care Center team lead is a hands on leader in the care center. They take calls when the queue is busy and can take escalated calls when needed. They are experts at correctly handling customer inbound calls and are able to share their knowledge and assist other agents. They will walk the floor and answer care agent questions. They help the team achieve all metrics and objectives. They work well with call center leaders.

The Call Center Lead has the following skills and abilities:

• Proficient in Trux and all Call Center Systems
• Demonstrates excellent call quality and are role models for other agents
• Excellent people skills
• Able to handle escalated irate customer calls
• Coach peers when/if needed
• Builds/updates knowledge articles in SFDC
• High School Diploma or GED required
