Seeking Call Center Agents for a local financial institution. Our Call Center Agents will manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries. We are looking for candidates with a consistent customer service/sales background as well as strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have prior banking/teller experience but candidates with prior retail sales and cash handling experience are encouraged to apply. Call Center Agent Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone
• Promotes credit union products and services
• Meet sales and service goals
• Assist members with transactions and information on their accounts
• Correspond with members via email

Call Center Agent Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of recent sales and administrative experience
• Basic to Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage a high volume of calls
• Ability to work with various individuals (clients and team members)
• Attention to detail, clear communicator
