Principal Accountabilities

• Assembly and disassembly the saws

• Use cutting tools and machines

• Quality control

• Respect safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Must be legally able to work in Canada

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or diploma in butchery (an asset)

• Experience in food processing (an asset)

• Good dexterity

• Ability to work in a cool environment (0-4 Degree)

• Be able to lift loads of 20 to 60 pounds

• Confortable with meats: Beef, Pork & Marinated
