Salary: Grade 4£21,197 – £23,144 per annum pro rata together with NEST pension benefits
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: This position will be based at the Singleton Campus

We are creating a new business support team to assist the Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) and members of the Digital leadership team with a variety of administrative, operational, and strategic objectives.
You will contribute to the clerical & administrative support function of the IT Services Department through the provision of clerical support and a professional front of house reception service for telephone enquiries and visitors.
We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. You should be able to assist management and all visitors by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
You will be a self-motivated individual, driven by successful outcomes, and always looking for opportunities to improve.
