Job description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Compensation & Benefits as Deputy in day-to-day task and projects.
Develop and implement compensation and benefits processes that align with the company strategy.
Support Group HR related processes and lead the annual performance review and compensation alignment cycle.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structure.
Manage and oversee payroll, bonus programs (STI & LTI) and other compensation initiatives.
Analyze and report compensation data and trends to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain our internal job grading system (lead international roll out)
Drive and manage projects to ensure that Constantia applies with the EU directive on gender pay transparency.
Planning and personnel budget responsibility for the corporate headquarters
Develop and maintain global HR policies & guidelines.
Requirements:
Completed higher education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Min. 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a similar role – in an international company.
Strong analytical skills and experience with compensation data/data modeling.
Excellent communication and advisory skills as well as stakeholder management skills (C-Level).
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems (ideally SuccessFactors).
