Company Introduction:
GemPharmatech, LLC. is a leading provider of animal models and services, especially in the development of humanized animal models, to global pre-clinical R&D communities. Its global headquarters is located in Nanjing, China. The Company is specialized in generating mouse models using cutting edge gene-editing technologies with a large collection of conditional knockout (cKO) and knockout (KO) mice, humanized mice, immune deficient mice and germfree mice. GPT provides a one-stop service in model customization, breeding, phenotyping, and pharmacology services including drug efficacy test, pharmacokinetics (PK) service and safety evaluation.
Recruitment position: Business Development manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Attend conferences to collect market/ competitive intelligence, brand and create essential business networks.
2. Build and maintain professional network with external companies and KOLs in bio-pharmaceutical industry, and follow up whenever deemed business sound and beneficial to create, manage, and close business opportunities.
3. Responsible to understand the customer’s research application and match services and products to align with the customer’s research project requirements.
4. Cross functional collaborate to achieve customer satisfaction.
5. Able to work in international and multicultural environment.
6. Report to BD Director, work close with marketing, R&D and operation teams.
7. Manage customer data with CRM system.
Education And Experience
• Master’s degree in life sciences, or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification，PhD degree is preferred.
• The following conditions are preferred: relevant experience in business development or related experience, an established network in the bio-pharmaceutical industry.

1. Self-motivation for success, proven ability to work well on teams
2. Clear oral and written communication skills in English
3. High level of follow-up, availability, and responsiveness to internal and external partners.
4. Good organizational and time management skills
