As part of the international Erste Group, we are an attractive employer who offers interesting career opportunities.Our team “Data Management and Monitoring” is a joint team of Erste Bank and Erste Group within Group Credit Risk Methods (CRM) risk division, responsible for the management of IRB and IFRS9 credit risk data necessary for rating and risk parameter models.Your Tasks

• Contribute to Credit Risk Model Development projects by supporting data gathering and ad hoc data analytics
• Shape and improve the process for consistent data provision to the platform used for credit risk modelling
• Ensure effective communication and alignment with Business and IT stakeholders
• Work closely with Business Data Management and Business Data Quality Departments to increase data quality for Credit Risk Models
• Lead efforts to continuously improve data quality for Credit Risk Models while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and regulations

Your Background

• Academic degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Finance) and at least 3 years of working experience in Business Analysis and/or Business Intelligence in a financial area
• You have a good understanding of credit risk processes and relevant regulations
• You are familiar with SQL and have a strong understanding of data models
• SAS, Python or Tableau as well as JIRA, Confluence and Teams knowledge are an advantage
• You are fluent in German and English
