As Business Automation Solutions Associate you will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing workflows and processes with automation using advanced platforms to enhance business processes, leading to increased efficiency and productivity within Sandoz Export Business.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Workflow Automation.

• Data Management and Data Transformation.

• SAP Integration.

• Document Management.

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing support and training to end-users.

• Responsibility for the transfer of knowledge to staff and the professional development of colleagues.

What you will bring to the role:

• Basic understanding of business processes in Sales Operations.

• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, DocuSign, Alteryx, SharePoint.

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts as applied to process automation.

• Data management skills.

• Problem solving skills.

• Basic programming knowledge is an advantage (e.g. JavaScript, Python).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• University degree in economics, finance or other equivalent degree.

• Fluent in English.

• Minimum 1-year working experience.
